Business of Cake provides digital products, educational resources and guidance for home bakers.
All products sold through this website are digital downloads unless stated otherwise.

Most items for sale are digital downloads.
Once payment is completed, you will receive links to download your files.
Please save your files safely, as download links may have access limits or expiry dates depending on the system settings in WooCommerce or your email provider.
If you have trouble accessing your files, contact me and I will help ensure you receive what you purchased.
4. No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products
Because digital files cannot be “returned”, all sales are final.
No refunds can be given once the digital product has been delivered.
This is in line with UK consumer law for digital content.
If you believe a product is faulty or you cannot access your files, please email me and I will resolve the issue fairly.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time.
Payment is taken securely through trusted third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal.
I do not store your full card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Licence and Use of Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal licence to use it for your own business only.

- Claim the content as your own
